RADIATORS

We provide full radiator service. Beginning with an inspection of the radiator, followed by a pressure test to locate the problems and determine what procedures need to be taken. There are several ways your radiator can be repaired depending your situation:

CLEAN, ROD-OUT, AND REPAIR- The radiator is taken apart and flushed out completely, and is reassembled with new gasket, nuts, and bolts and re-tested for leaks.

LEAK REPAIR- If leak is found, soldering or steel, aluminum, welding is done depending on its need. Copper plastic and aluminum plastic radiators.

RECORE- This is required when the core is rotten and no longer functional. Special builds and modifications.

NEW RADIATORS- If customer prefers, we also provide new complete, and great quality radiators for industrial trucks as well for automobiles.

          CHARGER AIR COOLERS, FUEL TANKS, AND A/C CONDENSERS

CHARGE AIR COOLERS- Cleaning CAC full of oil from turbo blowing out. Leaks are repaired, and rebuilt or reconditioned as needed. 

FUEL TANKS- Depending on what needs to be done, the Tank will be turbo cleaned, flushed and repaired. Reparation can consist of welding due to holes, punctures, and perforations from rust and or impacts.

A/C CONDENSERS- Repaired as needed. flushed completely and holes repaired by soldering or aluminum welding.

All work is re-tested for better quality and satisfaction guaranteed.
